Before the Court, defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“SEC”) and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“SEA”) (collectively “Samsung”) move pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to transfer suit from the Eastern District of Texas (“EDTX”) to the Northern District of California (“NDCA”). Dkt. No. 32.
