Before the Court, defendants Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. (“SEC”) and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (“SEA”) (collectively “Samsung”) move pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) to transfer suit from the Eastern District of Texas (“EDTX”) to the Northern District of California (“NDCA”). Dkt. No. 32. For the following reasons, the motion is DENIED. I. Background Plaintiff Cardware Inc.
