Before the Court are the Motion to Dismiss Under Rule 12(b)(6) (the “Motion to Dismiss”) (Dkt. No. 18) and the Motion for Rule 11 Sanctions (the “Motion for Sanctions”) (Dkt. No. 13) filed by Defendant Track What Matters, LLC d/b/a Rhino Fleet Tracking (“Rhino”). On January 20, 2023, Magistrate Judge Payne entered a Report and Recommendation recommending denial of Rhino’s Motion to Dismiss and denying Rhino’s Motion for Sanctions. (Dkt. No. 32.) No objections have been filed.
