Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Plaintiff Evolved Wireless, LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 66), the response of Defendant s Samsung Electronics Co., Ltd. and Samsung Electronics America, Inc. (collectively “Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 68), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt. No. 70). The Court held a claim construction hearing on April 12, 2023. Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their claim construction briefing, the Court issues this Claim Construction Order.
