Before the Court is the opening claim construction briefs of GREE, Inc. (“Plaintiff”) (’070 Case Dkt. No. 115 and ’172 Case Dkt. No. 71, both filed on Feb. 25, 2020), 1 the responses of Supercell Oy (“Defendant”) (’070 Case Dkt. No. 126 and ’172 Case Dkt. No. 79, both filed under seal on Mar. 10, 2020), and Plaintiff’s replies (’070 Case Dkt. No. 130 and ’172 Case Dkt. No. 82, both filed on Mar. 17, 2020). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on April 14, 2020.
