Unlike promises and pie crust,1 the Rules and Procedures of this Court are not meant to be broken, nor is their breaking to be ignored. From the filing of the Complaint, the Rules and other Orders of this Court have governed this civil action. They bind the Parties and set forth the framework, both compulsory and permissive, in which the Parties ’ disputes shall be resolved.
