Before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of Uniloc USA, Inc. and Uniloc Luxembourg S.A. (collectively, “Plaintiffs”) (Dkt. No. 44, filed on April 12, 2016), 1 the response of Autodesk, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 48, filed on April 26, 2016), and the reply of Plaintiff s (Dkt. No. 50, filed on May 3, 2016). The Court held a hearing on the issues of claim construction and claim definiteness on May 24, 2016.
