Pending before the Court is the opening claim construction brief of SSL Services , LLC (“Plaintiff”) (Dkt. No. 71, filed on January 6, 2016), 1 the response of Cisco Systems, Inc. (“Defendant”) (Dkt. No. 75, filed on January 20, 2016), and the reply of Plaintiff (Dkt . No. 76, filed on January 27, 2016). The Court held a claim construction hearing on February 2 5, 2016.
