OF THE UNITED STATES MAGISTRATE JUDGE The above -referenced cause of action was referred to the undersigned United States Magistrate Judge for pretrial purposes in accordance with 28 U.S.C. § 636. The following motion is pending before the Court: SynQor’s Motion for Partial Summary Judgment Finding Vicor’s Accused Products and Certain End Customer Products Incorporating Them Meet Undisputed Claim Limitations (Dkt. No. 389). The Court, having carefully reviewed the relevant briefing, recommends SynQor’s motion for partial summary judgment be DENIED. I.
