On June 7, 2013, the Court held a claim constr uction hearing concerning U.S. Patent No. 5,590,403 (the “‘403 Patent”). Having considered the arguments and evidence presented by the parties at the hearing and in their briefing (Dkt. Nos. 60, 61, a nd 64), the Court issues this Claim Construction Order.
