I. INTRODUCTION Plaintiff Mondis Technology Ltd. (“Mondis” or “Plaintiff”) filed suit against defendants Chimei-Innolux Corp. and Innolux Corporation (colle ctively “Innolux”); Hon Hai Precision Industry Co. Ltd.
