Before the Court is Defendants Top Vict ory Electronics (Taiwan) Co., Ltd., TPV International (USA), Inc., TPV Electronics (Fuj ian) Co., Ltd., Top Victory Electronics (Fujian) Co., Ltd., and Envision Peripherals, Inc.’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion to Transfer Venue to the Northern District of California. [Dkt . No. 49] Defendants request that this case be transferred to the Northern District of California pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) and Fed. R. Civ. P. 20 and 21.
