I. Introduction This case involves alleged infringement of U.S. Patent No. 5,831,669 (“the ‘669 patent”), issued to the plaintiff John B. Adrain. Curre ntly pending is Mr. Adrain’s motion to dismiss (Dkt. No. 41) the inequitable conduct defense a nd the tortious interference counterclaim brought by the defendant PlateScan, Inc. (“PlateScan”).
