Before the Court is Defendant Dell’s Objection to the Magistrate Judge's Report and Recommendation Regarding Dell's Motion for Partial Summary Judgment of Non-Infringement. Dkt. No. 257. Also before the Court are Plaintiff Abstrax’s Response, Dell’s Reply, and the parties additional briefing on the motion. Dkt. Nos. 161, 185, 193, 203, 262, and 268.
