RE: DEFENDANT’S MOTION FOR SUMMARY JUDGMENT Plaintiff Tyco Healthcare Group LP originally filed suit against Defendant Applied Medical Resources Corporation in 2006 claiming infringement of certain United States patents relating to valve assemblies.1 See 9:06-cv-151. After a dispute over ownership in 2009, United States Surgical Corporation was added as a plaintiff and the instant new case was filed.
