GRANTING DEFENDANT’S MOTION TO CHANGE VENUE Plaintiff Fifth Generation Computer Corporation (“FGC”) filed suit against International Business Machines Corporation (“IBM”), claiming that IBM’s Blue Gene supercomputers infringe United States Patent Nos. 4,843,540; 4,860,201; and 6,000,024. All of the patents are directed toward processes and systems for parallel computing.
