CONSTRUING CLAIM TERMS OF UNITED STATES PATENT NOS. 5,125,904 AND 5,312,355 Plaintiff Pressure Products Medical Supplies, Inc. (“Pressure Products”) filed suit against Defendant Enpath Medical, Inc. (“Enpath”) claiming infringement of United States Patent Nos. 5,125,904 (“the ` 904 patent”) and 5,312,355 (“the ` 355 patent”).
