Plaintiff George Spencer initiated this action in state court as- serting a claim concerning patent-application rights. The action was removed to federal court and is referred to United States Magistrate Judge K. Nicole Mitchell. Docs. 1, 3. The magistrate judge issued a report recommending that the mo- tion to dissolve temporary restraining order and award costs be granted in part and denied in part. Doc. 17. No party objected to the report and recommendation.
