Before the Court is Defendant s Veritas Technologies LLC’s (“Veritas”) Motion to Transfer for Improper Venue (Doc. No. 107 1) and CenturyLink Communications, LLC’s 2 (“CenturyLink”) Motion to Dismiss, or in the Alternative Transfer, for Improper Venue (Doc. No. 120).
