On December 9, 2015, the Court held a hearing to determine the proper construction of disputed terms in th e two Asserted Patents in the above -captioned cases. Having considered the parties’ arguments and claim construction briefing (Dkt. Nos. 91, 110-2, 103, and 105), the Court issues this Memorandum Opinion and Order construing the disputed terms.
