Before the Court is Plaintiff Realtime Data, LLC’s (“Realtime” or “Plaintiff”) Motion to Strike Portions of the Invalidity Expert Reports of Dr. Clifford Reader and Dr. H.V. Jagadish (Doc. No. 167). Defendants EchoStar Corporation (“EchoStar”) and Hughes Network Systems, LLC (“Hughes”) (“EchoStar” and “Hughes” are collectively known as “Defendants”) have filed a Response (Doc. No. 202), to which Plaintiff has filed a Reply (Doc. No. 216), and Defendants have filed a Sur-Reply (Doc. No. 232).
