Before the Court is Defendant TCT Mobile (US) Inc. and Defendant TCT Mobile Inc.’s (collectively, “TCT” or “Defendants”) Motion to Transfer for Improper Venue, or Alternatively, to Dismiss (Doc. No. 168). For the reasons stated herein, TCT’s Motion to Transfer for Improper Venue, or Alternatively, to Dismiss (Doc. No. 168) is GRANTED-IN-PART.
