Plaintiff Mass Engineered Design, Inc. (“Mass”) alleges infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. RE36,978 (the “ ‘978 patent”), 8,102,331 (the “ ‘331 patent”), and 8,462,103 (the “ ‘103 patent”) by Defendant s SpaceCo Business Solutions, Inc. (“SpaceCo”) and Planar Systems, Inc. (“Planar”). The Court consolidated the above -styled case with Civil Action No. 6:14- cv-414 for pretrial issues only, with the exception of venue.
