Before the Court is Plaintiffs’ Renewed Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law of Infringement or in the Alternative for a New Trial (ECF 224) and Defendant’s Motion for Judgment as a Matter of Law Pursuant to Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 50(b) (ECF 226) . For the reasons set forth below, the motions are DENIED. BACKGROUND The Court held a jury trial in this case.
