Before the Court is Defendant s’1 Motion to Stay Litigation Pending Reexamination and Inter Partes Review (Doc. No . 190) (“ MOTION”). Plaintiff, Norman IP Holdings, LLC (“Norman”) did not respond. On October 7, 2014, the Court held a hearing on the Motion. Having fully considered the parties’ arguments and for the reasons set forth herein, the Court GRANTS Defendant’s Motion to stay.
