This claim construction order construes the disputed clai m terms of United States Patents No. 5,577,230, 5,968,036, 7,051,306, 7,945,885, 7,996,811. Plaintiff filed an opening brief (Doc. No. 115), Defendant filed a response (Doc. No. 118) , and Plaintiff filed a reply (Doc. No. 118). 1 On November 5, 2014, the Court held a claim construction hearing and heard argument.
