This claim construction opinion construes the disputed claim terms in U.S. Patent No. 5,592,491 (the “‘491 patent”) entitled “Wireless Modem” as asserted in the above captioned cases.1 A Markman hearing was held on January 5, 2012 to construe the disputed terms of the ‘491 patent. For the reasons stated herein, the Court adopts the constructions set forth below.
