This matter comes before the Court on Defendant Francis P. Knuettel II’s “Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a)” (Doc. 6), seeking to have this case transferred to the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Texas.
