This claim construction opinion construes the disputed claim terms in U.S. Patent Nos. 6,173,316 (“the ‘316 patent”) and 6,466,236 (“the ‘2 36 patent”). Plaintiff SmartPhone Technologies LLC (“SmartPhone”) alleges Defe ndants Huawei Device USA Inc., Futurewei Technologies, Inc., ZTE Corporation, ZTE (USA), Inc., and ZTE Solutions, Inc.
