This claim construction order construes the disputed clai m terms of U .S. Patent No. 7,707,828 (the ’828 Patent). Plaintiff file d an opening brief (Doc. No. 108), Defendants filed a response (Doc. No. 112), and Plain tiff filed a reply (Doc. No. 118). On December 6, 2012 , the Court held a Markman hearing and heard argument. For the following reasons, the Court adopts the constructions set forth herein. A summary of the final constructions is attached to this order. I. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringement suit. L.C.
