This claim construction order construes the disputed claim terms of U.S. Patent No. 7,851,504 (‘504 patent) entitled “Enhanced Bimatopr ost Opthalmic Solution.” 1 On September 27, 2012, the Court held a claim construction hearing to construe the disputed terms. For the following reasons, the Court adopts the constructions set forth below. I. BACKGROUND This is a patent infringement action fil ed pursuant to the Hatch -Waxman Act. Congress passed the Hatch -Waxman Act in 1984 to promote the manufacturing of generic pharmaceuticals.
