This claim construction opinion construes the disputed claim terms in U.S . Patent Nos. 6,308,317 (“the ‘317 patent”); 7,117,485 (“the ‘485 patent”); and 7,818,727 (“the ‘727 patent”) 1 (collectively, the “patents -in-suit”). The patents-in-suit all share the same title, “Using a High Level Programming Language with a Microcontroller.” On May 3, 2012, the Court held a claim construction hearing to construe the disputed terms . For the reasons stated herein, the Court adopts the constructions set forth below.
