Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Exclude the Expert Op inions of Mr. Roy Weinstein (Docket No. 445) 1. The Court heard arguments rega rding the motion at the February 28, 2013 pretrial hearing. Having considered th e parties’ written submissions and oral arguments, the Court GRANTS IN PART and DENIES IN PART Defendants’ Motion to Exclude the Expert Opinions of Mr. Roy Weinstein.
