From the Opinion
The passage below is extracted verbatim from the opening of the document. It has not been editorially summarized — consult the full opinion for the court's complete reasoning.
Nanya Technology-Texas LLC’s motion to dismiss for improper venue (Docket No. 58), Defendants’ motion to transfer venue pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (Docket No. 64), and Hittite Microwave Corporation’s motion to strike Plaintiff’s sur-reply (Docket No. 131) are before the Court. Having considered the parties’ written submissions and oral arguments, the Court GRANTS Defendants’ motion to transfer and DENIES the motion to strike. In light of granting the motion to transfer, the Court DENIES the motion to dismiss as moot.
