Defendants’ Motions to Transfer (Docket No. 79 in 6:09cv367 and Docket No. 209 in 6:08cv447) are before the Court. The cases have been consolidated, and the briefing is nearly identical. Accordingly, the Court considers the motions together. Having considered the parties’ written submissions, the Court DENIES the motions. BACKGROUND Defendants move the Court to transfer these cases to the Central District of California under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a). Defendants contend that these cases have no factual connection to the Eastern District of Texas.
