Before the Court is Defendants Folgers Coffee Company, J.M. Smucker Company, Kraft Foods Inc., Kraft Foods Global Inc., Kraft Foods Holding Inc., Melitta USA Inc., and European Coffee Classic’s, Inc.’s (collectively “Defendants”) Motion to Compel a Response to Interrogatory No. 5 Seeking Balsam’s Infringement Contentions (Doc.
