Before the Court is Defendants’ Yahoo! Inc. (“Yahoo”) and Google, Inc. (“Google”) Motion to Transfer Venue. (Doc. No. 39.) Plaintiff Aloft Media LLC has filed a Response, (Doc. No. 51), and Surreply in opposition, (Doc. No. 60), and Defendants have filed a Reply in support, (Doc. No. 58). For the reasons stated below, Defendants’ Motion is DENIED. BACKGROUND Aloft is a Texas Limited Liability Company with its principal place of business in Longview, Texas.
