Before the Court are Defendants Cadence Design Systems, Inc., Magma Design Automation, Inc., Altera Design Corp., and Mentor Graphics Corp.’s (collectively “Defendants” ) Motion to1 Dismiss or Transfer (Docket No. 33) and Plaintiff Narpat Bhandari’s Motion for Leave to File First Amended Complaint (Docket No. 46). The Court has considered the parties’ written arguments.
