By joint submission dated July 13, 2009, the parties proposed Mr. Gale R. “Pete” Peterson to serve a s a tec hnical advisor in the above -referenced cause of ac tion. Base d on this Court’s experience with patent litigation, the Court is convinced of the necessity of a technical advisor, and the Court appoints Mr. Peterson to that role. Therefore, the Court hereby APPOINTS Mr. Peterson as its technical advisor in this action, according to the terms and conditions set forth below.
