FROM SCHEDULING CONFERENCE AND DOCKET CONTROL ORDER The Court issues the following Order from the January 25, 2006, Scheduling Conference. The Court’s Docket Control Order is filed in conjunction herewith. Protective Order The parties in this matter have agreed on all the terms of a protective order with the exception of two provisions: (1) the number of in-house counsel that may have access t o Confidential materials, and (2) the scope of a prosecu tion bar.
