Before the Court is Defendants’ Motion to Stay Pending Ex Parte Reexamination. (Dkt. #41). Therein, Defendants request a stay pending resolution of the U.S. Patent and Trade mark Office’s ex parte reexamination proceedings for all patents at issue in this action. (Dkt. #41 at 5). The motion has been fully briefed. (Dkt. #42, #44). After considering the motion, the parties’ briefing, and the applicable law, the Court concludes that the motion should be granted. I.
