Before the Court is Defendant Darktrace , Inc.’s Motion to Transfer Venue Under 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) . (Dkt. #16). Darktrace asks that the Court transfer this case to the Northern District of California. (Dkt. #16 at 5). Plaintiff Gatekeeper Solutions, Inc. opposes the motion, which has been fully briefed. (Dkt. #16, #21, #27). Because Darktrace has demonstrated that the Northern District of California is clearly a more convenient venue for this action, the motion will be granted. I. BACKGROUND This is a patent -infringement case.
