Before the Court are Defendants Amazon.com, Inc. and Amazon.com Services LLC’s Motion to Dismiss Pursuant to Federal Rules of Civil Procedure 12(b)(2), 12(b)(3), and 12(b)(6) , (Dkt. # 33), and Plaintiff Select Research, Ltd.’s (“SRL”) Opposed Motion for Leave to File a Second Amended Complaint, (Dkt. #54). Despite being granted an extension, (Dkt. #42), SRL failed to respond to Defendants’ motion.
