Before the Court are Defendants IntelliCentrics, Inc. ’s and IntelliCentrics Global Holdings, Ltd.’s (together, “IntelliCentrics”) Motions to Dismiss . (Dkt. #7, #16). Plaintiff Repifi Vendor Logistics, Inc. (“Repifi”) filed a response in opposition, (Dkt. #11), IntelliCentrics filed a reply, (Dkt. #12), Repifi filed a sur-reply, (Dkt. #14), and the Court held a hearing on the motions, (Dkt. #25 ). Having considered the motion s, the arguments presented by the parties , and the relevant law, the Court concludes that the motions should be GRANTED. I.
