Pending before the Court is Defendant GameStop, Corp.’s Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #7). Having considered the motion and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds the Motion should be DENIED. BACKGROUND On May 27, 2020, Consolidated Transaction Processing L LC (“CTP”) sued GameStop, Corp. (“GameStop”) (Dkt. #1). On October 26, 2020, GameStop filed its Motion to Dismiss (Dkt. #7). On November 17, 2020, CTP responded (Dkt. #16). On November 25, 2020, GameStop replied (Dkt. #17).
