Pending before the Court is Defendant Progressive Casualty Insurance Co.’ s Motion to Dismiss RFC’s Amended Complaint for Patent Infringement (Dkt. #19). Having considered the motion and the relevant pleadings, the Court finds that the motion should be denied. BACKGROUND This is a suit for patent infringement (Dkt. #15). Defendant filed its Motion to Dismiss on January 31, 2020 (Dkt. #19). Plaintiff RFC Lenders of Texas, LLC responded on the same day (Dkt. #20). Defendant replied on February 7, 2020 (Dkt. #21).
