Before the Court are the Domestic Defendants’ 1 Motion to Dismiss Plaintiff’s Second Amended Complaint, (Dkt. #33), and Motion to Strike, (Dkt. #35), and LHB’s Motion for Leave to file Nunc Pro Tunc Response to Motion to Dismiss, (Dkt. #36). After considering the motions, the responses, and the applicable law, the Court DENIES the Domestic Defendants’ motion to strike, GRANTS LHB’s motion for leave to file nunc pro tunc response to the motion to dismiss , and GRANTS the Domestic Defendants’ motion to dismiss.
