Before the Court is Defendant Lenovo (United States) Inc.‟s Motion to Transfer to the Eastern District of North Carolina (Dkt. #20) . After reviewing the relevant briefing and materials, the Court finds that the motion is denied. BACKGROUND Plaintiff filed suit against Defendant, asserting patent infringement of U.S. Patent Nos. 6,340,803, 6,194,677, and 6,318,695, on June 16, 2015 (Dkt. #1). Plaintiff is a Delaware limited liability company having a principal place of business in Plano, TX (Dkt. #1 at p. 1).
