DENYING DEFENDANT EXTREME NETWORKS, INC.’S MOTION TO TRANSFER VENUE PURSUANT TO 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) Pending before the Court is Defendant Extreme Networks, Inc.’s Motion to Transfer Venue Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 1404(a) (Dkt. #13) .
