Pending before the Court is Defendant Go Daddy.com, Inc.’s Motion for Transfer of Venue to the District of Arizona , or In the Alternative, For Dismissal of Claims Against Go Daddy For Lack of Jurisdiction and Improper Venue (Dkt. #104). 1 Having considered the relevant pleadings, the Court is of the opinion that Defendant’s motion should be denied. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Oasis Research, LLC (“Plaintiff”) is a Delaware limited liability company with its previous principal place of business in Marshall, Texas (Dkt. #253 at 2).
