Pending before the Court is Defendants EMC Corp., Decho Corp, and Iomega Corp.’s Motion to Dismiss for Misjoinder or , In the Alternative, to Sever and Transfer Claims to the United States District Court for the District of Utah (Dkt. #108). 1 Having considered the relevant pleadings, the Court is of the opinion that Defendants’ motion should be denied. BACKGROUND Plaintiff Oasis Research, LLC (“Plaintiff”) is a Delaware limited liability company with its previous principal place of business in Marshall, Texas (Dkt. #253 at 2).
